How the World Series conveyed a Message from God about the 7 Spirits

It’s amazing how God can reach into something as ordinary as a baseball game and turn it into a divine conversation. What happened during the World Series reminded me once again that God’s Holy Spirit is always present — even when we least expect it.

The Connection Between Faith and the Seven Spirits

Establishing a relationship with God through faith is like completing a circuit — a divine connection that enables a permanent relationship with the Seven Spirits of God’s Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.

This permanent relationship is described in the Bible as the believer’s body becoming a Temple of the Holy Spirit, as written in 1 Corinthians 3:16, and 1 Corinthians 6:19–20.

Once that connection is alive within you, you’ll begin to recognize an array of communications from God, and it’s not always through numbers or words. Sometimes it’s visual responses to your prayers, or multiple coincidences that seem to have no causal relation, other than their appearance in your life delivering a meaningful statement to you.

When you find yourself witnessing a coincidence, don’t ignore it, respond to it – with an unscripted prayer straight from your heart to the holy spirit of jesus christ.

Your response will strengthen your relationship with our lord and savior.

A Game Becomes a Message

One night I tuned in late to a World Series game, Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays. Toronto was up to bat and a short, stocky player ran up to the plate — I honestly thought he might be the bat boy.
But you can’t judge a book by its cover: He got up to bat and cracked a home run with two runners on base — a three-run homer!

I was impressed — and even more intrigued when I found out he was their catcher, the same position I played for many years. I wanted to see him behind the plate, so I skipped through the commercials to the next inning.

The First Sign

The very first pitch of the next inning — flashed 77 miles per hour across the screen, right near the catcher’s knee.
I paused the video and circled it in red.

Smiling, I said “There you are Jesus — Thank you for watching the game with me and for letting me know you’re here.”

I’ve learned that once you walk in a relationship with God, He begins to speak to you frequently, through signs, symbols, coincidences, and visible patterns that carry spiritual meaning.

The Second Sign

Jesus also knows that I sometimes share His communications so others can see examples of what to look for in their own lives. And often He sends a second communication, His gentle way of saying “Yes, it’s really Me.”

And almost right on cue — I see another number 77 appear. This time it was on the jersey of the pitcher who had just thrown the 77 mph pitch. I think God gives abundantly to help those who testify for him. Two 77’s in a row, like a divine echo.

Listening When God Speaks

Our God wants to communicate with you. He is always sending messages — it’s up to us to notice, and respond.

This involves realizing the numerous ways in which God communicates with us: through moments of relevance, timing, and divine alignments of seemingly unrelated things that create a message in and of themselves by way of their timing and relevance in our life.

Some say these are just coincidences, and others say there’s no way that’s a coincidence. Either way, their timing, relevance, and repetition in your life will eventually convince you that you are truly communicating with the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is God’s presence on earth, formed by the Seven Spirits of God which originate from 7 massive stars of fire, positioned side by side like a candelabra, at the front of God’s Throne. These 7 stars are the Spirits of: Knowledge; Understanding; Wisdom; our Lord Jesus Christ; Counsel; Might; and reverent Fear of our Lord. Together they are the seven-fold manifestation of God’s Holy Spirit. They are not symbolic or abstract – they are 100% real. The only thing symbolic about them are the candelabras we use to represent them here on earth.

But yet we rarely hear any detail about them in church. Why is that?

To learn the Exact Reasons Why the Seven Spirits of God have faded from view in churches worldwide, share this link to the post titled Restoring the Seven Spirits of God back into Mainstream Christianity.

After reading that post you will see how the “complexity and depth of the seven-fold manifestation of God’s Holy Spirit” – was just too much detail for the early Creeds that were written by early Christians – which were simply used to spread the basics of Christianity, such as: “Jesus is God, the Crucifixion, and Resurrection.”

The exclusion of the “Seven Spirits” from those early Creeds has led to a historical narrowing of Christian doctrine. This is because those early, simplified, Creeds were used as the basis for today’s Nicene Creed and Apostle’s Creed. As a result, neither the Nicene or Apostle’s Creed include any information about how the Seven Spirits work together in the fullness of God’s Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.

Another ramification of this historical narrowing of Christian doctrine is that the Seminaries and Theological schools are not teaching the importance of God’s Seven Spirits to our fellow humans, who want to become Priests. This is perpetuating the historical narrowing of doctrine and explains why you rarely hear anything about God’s Seven Spirits in your church.

Once you realize the loss of biblical knowledge resulting from this chain of events – I think you can begin to understand why the Seven Spirits are so very important to God. It certainly explains why I was asked to tell people about them during my momentary death, before cardiopulmonary resuscitation brought my consciousness back to life on earth, “with a message.”

These are reasons why we are asking you to proactively help this movement to Restore the Seven Spirits of God’s Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ, back into the mainstream of Christianity. The Seven Spirits are discussed in the Old Testament (BC) and again in the New Testament (AD) but were completely left out of the early versions of the Creeds, which is what led to the unintended narrowing of Christian doctrine.

Their restoration starts by telling people about them, asking people about them, sharing information from our posts, and from other sources as this restoration movement grows.

The Seven Spirits of God

  1. The Spirit of the Lord
Isaiah 11:2 begins with “the Spirit of the Lord.” This is not merely one among seven — it is the central flame, the Spirit of Christ Himself — the main trunk for the other branches, the main vine.
The Spirit of the Lord is the person and presence of Jesus, the true Son of God, our Lord and Savior. For believers, this means the Spirit does not merely give gifts — He gives Himself. The Christian life begins and ends in Christ.
  2. The Spirit of Wisdom
James 1:5 promises wisdom from God to all who ask. Ephesians 1:17 speaks of “the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation.”
Wisdom is divine perspective — not intellectual cleverness, but insight that sees as God sees. It transforms chaos into clarity and teaches the Church how to discern God’s will in a confused world.
  3. The Spirit of Understanding
Proverbs 2:6 says, “The Lord gives Wisdom; from His mouth come Knowledge and Understanding.”
Understanding helps believers grasp the meaning of God’s Word and His ways — not just to hear Scripture, but to comprehend its living truth.
  4. The Spirit of Counsel
Psalm 16:7 — “I will bless the Lord who gives me Counsel.”
Jesus called the Spirit the Parakletos — Helper, Advocate, Counselor (John 14:26).
Counsel is divine guidance for decisions, equipping the believer to walk faithfully when human wisdom fails.
  5. The Spirit of Might
Micah 3:8 — “But as for me, I am filled with power, with the Spirit of the Lord, and with justice and Might.”
Might is the Spirit’s strength, empowering believers to overcome weakness and fear — the earthly kind, not the reverent fear of God. This Spirit emboldens the Church to stand with courage and endurance.
  6. The Spirit of Knowledge
Hosea 4:6 warns, “My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge.”
1 Corinthians 2:10 teaches that the Spirit searches even the deep things of God.
Knowledge here means relational knowing — the kind that opens your eyes to truth and guards against deception.
  7. The Spirit of the Fear of the Lord
Proverbs 9:10 — “The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
Isaiah concludes with this Spirit, emphasizing its sacred weight.
Fear of the Lord is reverence, awe, and holy humility — not terror, but recognition of His majesty. This Spirit roots believers in obedience while protecting the Church from pride.
