Raised in a militant atheist family, Sy Garte fell in love with the factual world of science. He became a respected research biochemist with an anti-theistic worldview to bolster his work – and had no intention of seeking a God he did not believe in. That is, until the very science he loved led him to question the validity of an atheistic worldview.
His journey to answer the questions that confronted him drew him into becoming a fully committed Christian, determined to show others the truth: modern science doesn’t contradict God at all but instead supports Christianity.
In the first half of his book, Sy begins with how his experiences and quest for knowledge as a student and early in his career brought him to question his materialist assumptions. He goes on to reveal how lessons from physics, biology, and human nature – all presented for lay readers to easily understand – actually argue for belief in God.
In the second half of the book, Sy looks at the arguments often presented against God in academic and scientific settings and explains the false foundations on which they rest.
Those who have been told that the realities of science call for a rejection of God, should read The Works of His Hands to gain insight into the fact that science and God do not repel each other but rather support the existence of each other. This transformative book shares the beauty of the marriage between science and God and how, together, they can bring even the most “unlikely”… to salvation!

Unsurprisingly, Sy makes many false claims. It’s great fun when any cult can make the same claims christanity does, and gee, not one of you theists can show your claims to be true.
It’s rather notable that creationists can’t agree amongst themselves or convince each other about their claims. That’s what happens when you don’t have evidence for your nonsense.
Don’t have evidence? What do you call the “eyewitness testimonial confession” from a 3rd generation militant atheist whose chosen career in “science” disproved the lies he was brought up to believe? To the point that he broke tradition with 3 generations of his own family by realizing God is real. Clubschadenfreude, for some, life is a “constant refusal to learn” until they regain consciousness following the official death of their human body.
Oh dear testimony? like the testimonies of christains converting to islam, Muslims converting to some version of christianity, christians of one kind converting to another? someone who joined the People’s Temple? The Heaven’s gate people?
testimony is worthless. People believe in many stupid things, and leave their families for these cults often.
and funny how no resurrecting either.
