There’s a trending viral saying that is “6-7” that has taken the internet by storm.
People will see a 6 and a 7 out in the world next to each other, and yell “6-7!” …but, I can’t help but look deeper and feel there is a greater meaning to why these two number are together, and why it is trending right now.
First, Biblical context on the numbers.
6 is traditionally the mark of the devil. Revelation 13:18 – “…the number of the beast… is 666. It is the number of a man…”
7 is traditionally the number of God. It’s his favorite number, as evident in loads of Scripture, including the below:
- Revelation 1:4 “Grace to you and peace… from the seven Spirits which are before His throne.”
- Revelation 3:1 “These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God…”
- Revelation 4:5 “Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.”
- Revelation 5:6 “…the Lamb… having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.”
Additional mentions of 7 in the Bible include: 7 clean animals for sacrifice — Genesis 7:2. 7 years of plenty / 7 years of famine — Genesis 41. Jericho’s fall: 7 priests, 7 trumpets, 7th day — Joshua 6. Naaman washes 7 times — 2 Kings 5:10. Daniel’s 70 weeks (7×70 concept) — Daniel 9:24.
It is It’s like the stage is being set for these two numbers to go to battle. It feels like one of the initials signs.
Symbolically:
7 = divine completion
6 = falls short
As I was thinking about this, look at the coincidences that happened –
- I was informed about the trending saying of “6-7”, immediately after I log onto my laptop, needing a verification code, open my app, and see God’s 777 greeting me.
- My Dad texts me at 2:50pm, where I check my phone, and my battery is exactly 76% (almost a flip like & will come out ahead of 6).
- Later that day, I happened to go to the gym that evening. I ran how far I felt like running (until I was tired) and stopped the treadmill. I look down, and I ran exactly .67 miles.
- The following morning, I’m casually scrolling Instagram and see God’s 777 greet me once again. (Praise God!) AND I just noticed it’s 6777! Absolutely incredible. It’s Divine.
This all can’t be a coincidence. And it feels like God is directing me to tell this story.
Something bigger is brewing. Something we can’t see. Something behind the veil of fleshly existence. There’s a spiritual war happening where 6 and 7 meet. I think we’ll soon find out.
